The agricultural industry, as suppliers of the food raw materials, is increasingly being required to assure the safety and quality of the primary agricultural products by demonstrating controlled methods of production and supply.

Integrated Crop Management (ICM) is an innovative quality management system, designed specifically for the agricultural sector, based on the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).

HACCP is a management tool originated in the USA and commonly used in Europe today, which identifies activities that are critical to control food safety.

Using an ICM system, we make sure that the crop is:

safe to the consumer.

On this website information is provided for the crop management systems designed and implemented by AgroSpeCom Ltd, a superintending and fumigation company based in Greece.

The projects presented here include corn for the production of Doritos, rice for baby food, corn for wet milling and asparagus for canning.

In the following pages you can get information on these projects and approach the idea of crop management. However some pages are password protected and are used only by the participating members of each project.
